Trinity Boathouse

A private residence, boathouse, and storage outbuilding. The residence is oriented to the views of the cove and also to the sun, and contains a small structure within the third floor volume of the residence for a kitchen/bathroom core. Cabinets nest inside this volume, permitting a continuous uninterrupted ceiling plane that channels reflected light into the bedroom area.
