Texmo Storey Residence:
St. Philip's, Newfoundland
This house is oriented for passive solar and uses a geothermal heat pump. The spaces were configured so that every occupied room has a view of Conception Bay. A deck connects the living/dining/kitchen area with the main bedroom and a study. Large sliding doors were used instead of windows to enhance the visual and circulation connection between interior and exterior.
